What you can expect in our approach to training.

We will begin with a screening assessment to decide fit. Our assessment of you the client will decide the best instructional method unique to you and your mission. We believe that everyone who pursues aviation can have a successful outcome so long as they meet the requirements of that certificate or rating. The realities are most individuals will end their training prior to completion due to a varietal of reasons. Flight training is, hard and requires tireless effort. The ability to learn new information and adapt to challenging environments are key attributes to pilots. We will apply the FOI (fundamentals of instruction) to all areas of the learning environment. We focus on driving/reinforcing positive behaviors and explain the learning process while training. This gives the client an understanding of the learning process as well as the steps required to absorb the massive amount of information.
