About Us

Chad Graduated Augusta State University in 2000 with a BS in Biology, Following College, from 2000 to 2010 Chad worked as a Project Manager overseeing large design build/design assist projects in the commercial/industrial market segments. In August 2007 Chad earned an MBA with an emphasis in Technology Management. Chad is 50 years old, married with 5 Children and lives at Lake Oconee.

In February 2011, Chad was recruited to Faith Technologies a Nationally Recognized Design Assist / Design Build Electrical Contracting Firm as Principal of the Atlanta Branch with full P&L responsibility, the business expanding ultimately operating in 10 States across the southeast while employing hundred’s of field and office personnel. Chad served as a regional executive until May 2018 when he left to focus on other pursuits such as; Building a portfolio of companies focused on his passion of paying forward life’s successes. Chad founded Akin Construction Company, Akin- Lol Investments & Akin Aviation.

In August 2018, Chad began flight training at ATP Flight School, complete in 12 months with following ratings: CPL ASEL & AMEL CFI, CFII & MEI. After 5 Years of flight instructing experience, Chad has developed a solid reputation in the flight instructing community as top performer.
